Great for Science Projects This little black light is a must have. I initially bought the flashlight for my son’s science fair project and he earned 5th place. He made glowing flowers and needed a black light to showcase the fluorescent ink that was absorbed by the flowers. This light was the perfect experiment tool. Not very bright, but the price and zoom function make it a decent flashlight It’s not very bright with a fully charged AA battery, but if you use it in the dark it works just fine. The casing is the same generic Chinese mini flashlight model that you’ll usually find a regular LED inside. However, with that said, I have a total of four mini flashlights with this casing including this one and they all work pretty well and none of them have broken so far.
