Great black light for finding stains of all sorts. I bought this light for my wife. She does some photography thing called painting with light. Im more of a hippy and like to look at my artwork with it than anything. Scorpion hunting aid. The flashlight is used to hunt scorpions at night. My last one was a smaller unit with 3 AAA batteries. This one uses 6 AA batteries. It is very bright. It picks up almost too many things. It can illuminate almost any white object–including flower petals and fertilizer which I had put down a few days earlier.
