  1. A best buy! Overall a very good light. I use it for work (public safety) and home use. I mostly use it to check ID’s with the UV light and to check mildly lit areas. Bright good working UV light with a decent bright 500 lumen white light. Works best with 18650 Li-Ion Batteries. Get a high mAh battery because the drain is high for this light.   2. I recommend this UV light to detect urine stains to enable … This is a very bright little flashlight in both regular and UV black light modes. It did not detect urine on fresh urine spots on dark colored mats with rubber backing, but did on other spots on light colored mats. After some online research, I found out why. Not all urine is detectable because some pets bodies do not create much phosphorus which is the substance that makes urine glow under UV light. I didn’t expect much because they were so cheap, but they turned out to work pretty well for what I needed them for.
