  1. Well…it’s a nice blue flashlight…I guess So…this UV flashlight is simply bad. Not due to the structure/design of it (it’s actually very well made, seems very nice in regards to that), but due to it’s “UV” bulb.I’m not even convinced that this is putting out UV light, as nothing has that ‘blacklight glow” to it. The light coming from this bulb is a very bright shade of blue(450nm-465nm), and has no purple to it at all(425nm-400nm). Which is odd, since right under the purple light comes the UV light(Below 400nm). One would…

  2. If you are lucky enough to receive the Real Ultraviolet Flashlight you will love it. However This flashlight is a Catch 22. If you are lucky enough to receive the Real Ultraviolet Flashlight you will love it. However, if you want a true Ultraviolet Flashlight and you get one that only shines a very nice bright Blue light you will be disappointed. I have received both. I purchased two of these.   3. a UV blast! Nice little UV light! I just wanted to try to find fluorescent minerals, looked for a UV flashlight, and found this. It’s a standard Ultrafire WF-501b host with a standard P60-type emitter module with UV LED. I can’t yet verify its exact wavelength (most likely 385nm), but it’s definitely not a plain blue LED (~450nm) as some others have reported receiving.8bux for a ‘501b host which I’ve seen for maybe 5bux, meaning I get the UV P60 module for 3bux… damn, but that’s a fine…
