We’re still using our LED chips so no compromises there. With a very favorable UV flux density in the 385-395nm wavelength region, we are ensuring that you have high quality useable UV at your disposal. The broader range is extra ideal for cat and dog urine detection, hygiene inspections, and most of the domestic or hobby type applications you have in mind

- IT’S STILL A BEAST AT 80% INTENSITY OF OUR 100 LED. You won’t be sacrificing too much UV power. Torn between 51 and 100 LED? Not anymore. We’ve made it easier for you. Unlike 51 LED models which are underpowered, we’ve made the same shape and form but at an impressive 80% UV intensity of our 100 LED. We’ve included glasses with our uvBeast special optics to enhance viewing even further!
- SMALLER, LIGHTER, FEWER BATTERIES. Delivering high intensity and powerful UV yet smaller and lighter if you don’t like the bulk of 100 LED. That’s ideal for travelling, packing, and casual use around the home. And you’ll only need 3 AA batteries (versus x6) with a runtime of around 12-14 hrs. It’s cheaper to run and with 3 intensity modes you’ll stretch the batteries even more!
