Question: What causes the fluorescent effect?
Answer :The wavelength of this light is about 385 to 410nm, although it is not as ???bright-looking??¡§¡è as blue/purple light due to that it is nearly the limit of the visible spectrum to human eyes, it excites the chemicals in an object and causes the object to release visible light (neon glow or fluorescent glow).
