  1. Great for the price…Must read review. For the price these are great to “fix” those old outdoor lighting fixtures! If you are replacing existing fixtures’ sockets yourself..you must remember to not forget to purchase the bulb pin grease. Heat-shrink tubing and solder iron may be needed to extend wire in some fixtures.I am a low-voltage lighting contractor and they do make grease that you should put on the pin of your bulbs before inserting into the socket which will prevent corrosion especially if used in outdoor fixtures…

  2. Awesome Quality Base Sockets I used these to repair typical low voltage outdoor lighting (e.g. Malibu and others from HD and Lowes). Worked for Bollard, Flood and others. Minor nits for this purpose: they are white instead of black, and they are too short so need to be extended to work well.
